Cancellations more than 14 days before your start date: your 25% deposit is forfeited (no refund of the deposit; no balance is charged). Cancellations within 14 days of your start date: no refund. All rentals are non-refundable within 14 days of arrival.
A 25% deposit reserves your dates. The remaining balance is automatically charged 14 days before your trip. If your trip starts within 14 days, we collect the full amount at booking.
A $60 cleaning fee is included with every rental. Please return the camper reasonably tidy — trash removed, dishes rinsed, tanks emptied if used. Excessive cleaning is billed at $50/hour.
You are responsible for damage caused during your rental beyond normal wear and tear. Major damage or missing items will be assessed and billed to the payment method on file. Photos are taken before and after every rental.
Well-behaved pets are welcome. Please clean up after them and pay a $50 pet cleaning fee if there is visible pet hair or dander at return.
All campers are strictly non-smoking. A $250 fee applies to any smoke odor at return.
Delivery is $6/mile round-trip from Granville, OH with a $250 minimum. Setup at your site is included; we return at the end of your trip to retrieve the camper.
